Maeva’s New Director of Client Services Operations – Jeremy Fuls

WILBRAHAM, MA. MAY 10, 2023 – Maeva Dental Advisors, a leading provider of dental support services, has announced the appointment of Jeremy Fuls as its new Director of Client Services – Operations. Jeremy brings over 25 years of operational leadership experience, including 12 years in the dental industry.

With a proven track record of helping dental practices achieve consistent year-over-year growth, Jeremy’s expertise will be invaluable in helping Maeva expand its reach and provide extraordinary services to its clients.

Prior to his appointment at Maeva, Jeremy served as the Sr. Manager of Practice Growth for Spear Education, where he oversaw the consulting operations of 150 – 175 private practice dental offices across the country. Jeremy’s analytical skills helped him identify strengths and opportunities in key performance indicators, improving processes to support $150 million+ in yearly revenue.

Jeremy’s dental career began as a Regional Director for Pacific Dental Services. Here, he managed over $25 million in yearly revenue across 12+ dental offices in Tucson and Phoenix, AZ markets. Jeremy’s focus on enhancing processes, increasing patient counts, and improving case acceptance helped each practice achieve consistent double-digit year-over-year growth. In his first year as Regional Director, Jeremy won the coveted Regional of the Year award and continued to win several other awards, including Dental Office of the Year and Pediatric Dental Office of the Year.

Jeremy’s passion for high performance and knack for detail developed during his early career as a District Manager for Blockbuster Video, where he oversaw store operations of 20+ stores and supervised a team of 150+. His stores were some of the most efficient and high performing in the company.

As Maeva’s new Director of Client Services – Operations, Jeremy is passionate about quality and client satisfaction, has a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of urgency, and outstanding motivational and organizational skills.
